will assist the Advisor with future planning needs and time horizons based on your unique situation.
Balance sheet with your assets, liabilities, tax return, etc.
- Last year’s Federal Tax Return
- Most recent brokerage account statements
- Bank statements
- Any other significant financial statement, – (i.e. – from a trust, or business entity).
