Estate, Wills and Trusts

I’m 65 years old and have two grown daughters. I would love to give them something when I pass away, but unfortunately have meager savings, which I’m sure I’ll spend through the rest of my retirement. I do own my home, which is worth $250,000, so do I need to do some sort of estate planning beyond a will to make sure the proceeds are split by my daughters?
