William (Chip) Treverton Founder & CEO

After working in financial services and with Internet companies, Chip noticed consumers had no way of finding sufficient information to help them make the important decision of selecting someone to manage their money. He founded WealthVisor.com to offer an unbiased source of information and reviews on financial service professionals and companies. Chip was previously VP of Corporate Development at Corbis, a global digital media company privately held by Bill Gates. From 1999 to 2006, he was a senior member of Vulcan Capital, the investment organization for Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen. During that time, Chip served as CEO and managed the successful launch and growth for one of Vulcan’s portfolio companies, based in London, England. Chip has served as a board member or observer for companies including The Sporting News, Rendition Networks (acquired by Opsware), NASN Ltd (acquired by Setanta Sport) and Newwiew Technologies (formerly e-Steel). Other investments included ChemConnect, Corio (acquired by IBM) and Taqua Systems (acquired by Tekelec).

Keith Williams VP, Product Development

Keith has been developing user-centric software and Web sites for over 20 years. Initially a developer and later a technical program and product manager, Keith has experience with large public and privately held businesses as well as small start-ups and companies in transition. At Amazon.com for six years, Keith was responsible for the launch of Amazon Marketplace, as well as the first fully hosted eCommerce partners on the Amazon Services platform. After leaving Amazon.com in 2005, Keith was a consultant to several Seattle area start-ups, eventually joining Evri as Director of Product. At Evri, Keith was responsible for the first generation of the Evri.com website and multiple partner launches including The Washington Post and Hearst Corporation.

Mark Britto

With over 20 years as an entrepreneur, sales and financial services executive, Mark Britto is CEO of BOKU, the leading mobile payments platform. Mark joined BOKU after six years as the CEO of Ingenio, a service marketplace and performance advertising company, which he led to a 2007 acquisition by AT&T. Prior to Ingenio, Mark spent 4 years as SVP of worldwide services and sales at Amazon.com, where he signed landmark deals with brands such as Toys R Us, Borders, Circuit City and Target. Mark’s first start-up, Accept.com, was bought by Amazon.com in 1999 and served as the primary backbone of Amazon's global payments platform. Mark began his career in senior credit and risk management roles at leading national banks FirstUSA and Bank of America.

Steve Cambell

Steve Campbell was previously Chief Investment Officer of Seattle-based, Bezos Expeditions, a personal investment company of Jeff Bezos. Steve was previously CEO of two financial technology companies: Devonshire Technology, which he founded (and was acquired by Fidelity Investments) and Capital Stream (acquired by HCL Technologies). He spent much of his career with Fidelity Investments in the U.S. and Europe where he held senior management roles managing investment research, international (Europe/Asia) technology development, mutual fund, and brokerage technologies, as well as equity trading and research technologies for FMR Co., the $800B asset management company. In addition, Steve led various M&A activities, reporting to the Chairman’s office. Steve is a graduate of Merrimack College and completed the Stanford Executive Program of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Jeff Lanctot

Jeff Lanctot is the Managing Director of the Advertiser and Publisher Solutions (APS) Group, the technology platform that supports Microsoft Advertising. He is charged with developing partnership and business development strategies for APS by working with the Microsoft’s partners in the advertising industry. Prior to joining APS, Jeff was Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Razorfish, a digital media agency where he oversaw partnership and investment strategies, as well as the development of the company’s capabilities in the U.S. and abroad. In his ten years with the agency, Jeff developed successful digital branding strategies for clients such as Disney, Coors, Expedia, Nike, Microsoft, Best Buy, and WeightWatchers. Before serving as CSO, Jeff was Senior Vice President of Global Media where he oversaw the company’s media buying and planning business, managing more than $735 million in digital media spending. He also served as the General Manager of the northwest region for Razorfish. Jeff is a graduate of Washington State University and is a recipient of the Advertising Age "Media Maven" award, the MEDIAWEEK "Media All-Star" award, the B2B Magazine "Best & Brightest Media Strategist" award, and was twice named one of the "50 Most Influential People in Online Advertising" by Media Magazine. Jeff began his career with Deloitte Consulting.

Michael Agostino

Michael Agostino is CTO of Snap Technologies Inc, a contextual content and advertising company funded by Idealab and Mayfield. Prior to Snap, Mike was a group product manager for VERITAS Software, and a senior member of the venture capital investment team at Vulcan Capital. While at Vulcan, he directed venture capital investments into a range of innovative technology companies within the sectors of software, infrastructure, and the Internet. Previously, Mike led development of web search at Infoseek. Mike is also the founder of two technology companies that were successfully acquired. Earlier in his career, Michael held a number of product development positions with a variety of Silicon Valley based startups. Mike graduated with honors from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Computer Science.

Craig Sherman

Craig Sherman is a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he focuses on corporate and securities laws, representing companies, venture capital firms, and investments banks in private placements and public offerings. Craig also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing, and domestic and international joint ventures. Craig began private practice in 1989 with Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York and Paris, and joined Perkins Coie in Seattle in January 1995. He became a director in the Kirkland office of Venture Law Group in December 1996 and was managing director of the Kirkland office from May 2000 until August 2002. He received his M.A. in International Political Studies and B.A. in International Relations and French from Stanford University with honors. Craig received his J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Bill Savoy

Bill Savoy has served as a consultant for the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe, in the areas of strategic planning, economic development, and portfolio management, since May 2005. Bill served as a consultant for Vulcan Inc., an investment entity managing the personal financial activities of Paul Allen, from September 2003 through December 2005. Vulcan Inc. resulted from the consolidation in 2000 of Vulcan Ventures Inc., a venture capital fund, and Vulcan Northwest, an investment entity managing Paul Allen's personal financial activities. Bill served in various capacities at Vulcan Inc. and its predecessors from 1988 through September 2003, his last post held was as the president of the portfolio and asset management division of Vulcan Inc., managing Vulcan's commercial real estate, hedge fund, treasury, and other financial activities, and as the president of both Vulcan Northwest and Vulcan Ventures. Bill served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Layered, Inc., a software company, from June 1989 until its sale in June 1990, and as its Chief Financial Officer from August 1988 to June 1989. He currently serves as a director of Drugstore.com and Bsquare, and previously as a director of Charter Communications, Inc., DreamWorks SKG and RCN Corporation. Bill received a B.S. in Computer Science, Accounting, and Finance from Atlantic Union College.

Daniel J. Kingston

Daniel J. Kingston oversees strategic and tactical asset allocation development for Vulcan Capital’s investment portfolio, and is also responsible for Vulcan's investments with external managers. He has direct experience in public equity, private equity, venture capital, real assets, alternative investments, and fixed-income areas. Previously, Dan was chief investment officer at the Kauffman Foundation, where he was responsible for managing all aspects of the foundation's investment function. Prior to the Kauffman Foundation, Dan was a managing director at the Stanford Management Company. In that post, he was responsible for the development and management of internal investment strategies for Stanford University's investment portfolio. He first joined Stanford in 1990 after having spent time as a financial analyst with Hewlett-Packard Corporation's investment department. Before starting a career in investments, Dan spent five years as an officer on active duty with the U.S. Coast Guard. Dan holds a bachelor's degree in science from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and a master's degree in business administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, Dan is a current Charterholder of the CFA designation.

Jon Jones

Jon Jones is a founding member and co-CEO of Brighton Jones, a registered investment advisor that provides family wealth management, private client services, and tax advisory. His primary responsibility is to set the firm’s strategy in order to support the mission, vision and values of the firm. Jon was recently honored by the Puget Sound Business Journal as one of Puget Sound’s top 40 business leaders under 40 years old. He has also been named a top 250 advisor by Worth magazine and one of Barron's top 100 advisors in the country. He is a regular presenter at national conferences on how to build a leading independent wealth advisory business. Prior to founding Brighton Jones, Jon was a licensed CPA for Deloitte & Touche. Jon holds a B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Washington State University. When he is not working, he loves spending time with his wife and four kids.

Blake Darcy

CEO of Gotham Asset Management and Formula Investing, which are both founded by legendary value investor and educator Joel Greenblatt (author of books including "The Little Book That Beats The Market" and "The Big Secret for the Small Investor"). Blake is one of the pioneers of online commerce as the founder and CEO of the online brokerage firm DLJdirect. He led DLJdirect from its inception in 1987, through its IPO in 1999 and sale to Bank of Montreal in 2001. During this time, Blake led the company's global expansion with ventures in London, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Dubai and India. Under his leadership, DLJdirect ventures, which later became known as CSFBdirect, were recognized for their innovative products and quality of service.
